Judy’s approach lends new meaning to the term “start-up artist.” We work using an iterative process with individuals, teams, and broader groups of stakeholders to research, design, and develop programs, projects, initiatives, and organizations. We also advance the professional development of teams, identifying resources and providing training and facilitation as needed to prepare groups to define and reach their goals.

Thoughtful and inquisitive, we facilitate brainstorming and identify promising ideas from different perspectives and across traditional funding and service silos. When appropriate, research is conducted, and provocative questions are explored. Clients are encouraged to be actively engaged in the work. We work with clients ideas and passions, stimulating their perspective and giving foundation to their vision. The best path to your desired result is not always the most obvious one. From this creative, collaborative process emerge compelling concepts and exciting possibilities. We can also be brought in after models and options are developed to review and discussion their readiness for further design and implementation.
